· 1 New Apartment Buildings (11 units) 1 New Condo Building (3 units) and 1 Renovation (4 units)· Project involvement from Design Development through Construction Documents.· Project Architect responsible for 3 Unit Building Construction Documents as well as MEP coordination and Code Review for all buildings included in project.Temple University Student Center, Philadelphia, PA· Renovations of existing conditions (136,650 S.F.) and new addition (88,125 S.F.)· During a year long Student Center renovation and addition project I was promoted from doing graphics only to being given responsibility for the renovations portion of the project. I completely oversaw the production and coordination of that phase and was an integral part of the completion of the addition phase that followed.
